CITY OF LOVE AND LIGHT- PARIS

Paris is located in France.

Let me tell you a little bit about the physical characteristic of the France. In France, to-third is of France consist of flat plains or gently rolling hills and the balance is mountainous. The European plaints covers most of northern and western France from the Belgian borders in the northeast to Bayonne in the southwest and rises to uplands to Normandy. Northern and western France generally have cool winter and mild summer because of their proximity to ocean waters. Southern France has a Mediterranean climate.

Paris is the capital city of France. It is also said to be the city of lovers and of the most striking capitals of the world,rich in history and monuments. Paris is was developed on an island in the center of the Seine River called Ile de La Cite. By the middle ages, it had grown and extended to both banks of the rivers. Walls were built to encompass an expanding village.

1. EIFFEL TOWER (TOUR D' EIFFEL)
-300M high, is the most famous landmark for Paris and most visited attraction. The cast iron tower was built for the 1889, World Fair and the Centenary of the 1789 Revolution and was named after its designer Gustave Eiffel. It took two years to construct using 18,000 pieces of metal and 2500,000 rivets. 20,000 flashbulbs light up the edifice at night making it even more stunning.

 2. Arc de Triomphe
- Under the Arc de Triomphe lies the grave of an unknown soldier. Napoleon ordered its construction in 1809 as monument to the Republican armies. The ach is 50M high 45M wide and bears the name of Napolean's victories and is decorated with a frieze of "Departure of the Volunteers", depicting the departure of starting point of after the annual Bastille Day military procession. It also provide the stunning views of the city for the couple or honeymooner besides Eiffel Tower.

3. Notre Dome Cathedral
-Is the inspiration for Victor Hugo's and is a master piece of Gothic architecture. It was constructed between 1163 and 1334. I t was plundered during the French Revolution and since the 19th century restoration works have been going on the restore its former glory. It was here that Henry VI was crowned, Napolean declared himself Emperor.It also provide stunning views of the city for the honeymooner beside Eiffel Tower.

4. The Sacre Coeur Church
- Is perched atop the highest point in Paris and affords spectacular views of the whole city and among artist who spends their time painting the perfect pictures of city. In the church, you will see works of art such as stained-glass windows, mosaics, and marble sculptures.

5. Chateau de versaille
-Take a short of train ride away to visit the luxurious Chateau de versailles, the elobrate palace of the notorious SunKing. Versailles which was built by Louis XIV.

6. Chartres Cathedral
-One of the most stunning gothic churches in Europe. For the honeymooner that ant to to felt how to live as a king and queen, they can stay at a French Chateau (castle). The Chateau d' Escli mont is take about 45 minutes from  Paris.

7.Luxembourg gardens

8. Lourve Museum
- Arguably the world's most famous art museum, the Lourve's most popular with the paint such as Leonardo da Vinci's  "Mona Lisa". Established in 1793, is one of the oldest museum in Europe.The honeymooner need to visit the Lourve Museum because it is one of the most popular tourist attraction.
